Place busy when I came in, yet they get me in and out very quickly considering the line. The GM is very friendly and runs a good crew. Place was very clean. Food was good not dry.
not consistent at all. Last two visits I got the original chicken sandwich. Both times they were soggy and gross chicken not hot all all and the French fries were cold. This was a 12pm lunch order with several cars in the drive thru so it should have been hot. I will never go back.
Long story short. i ordered at 6:12. I got in line for the drive thru, at 6:30.. When I finally got to the window at 6;:58 was told they were out of the Spicy chicken would I take mild? It would be a 30 minute wait for the spicy. I declined my order, but they could not give a refund due to my order had been COMPLETED!!! It would have taken 1.5 hrs to "actually" complete my order. So, how could it be completed. I wrote a blistering note to corp, while still in their parking....read full review
