The barista‘s were super rude and did not make my Matcha strawberry Frappuccino correctly and so when I came back and said that it didn’t taste good and I’m really sorry, but I’m hoping that you could remake it something else. They just rolled their eyes at me and I did not appreciate how I was treated at this location.
Rude worker, roller her eyes before coming to the counter & instead of saying “ran out of ingredients” or whatever the issue was, shouted “I CANT DO MATCHA” without any explanation was going to order something different but said never mind

Joplin was rude and had terrible service. The drink made also had a bad shot. The coffee tasted terribly bitter and burnt. The coffee also had an “alcohol” like after taste. We also ordered a cake pop that was tossed across the counter.
