I'm so glad we checked out Big Block brewing while we camped in the nearby County Park. We enjoyed a wide variety of beers in one, five beer flight. To top off the delicious beers, we enjoyed listening to the brewery's origin story from the daughter of the owner, who was working that day. Look it up, it is a great story. The Session IPA and Mosaic IPA really stood out to me and my bride loved the Black Ale. This was well worth the visit.
Great little brewery with more than just IPA!!! Had a good array of beers and even seltzers made with real fruit. I even grabbed a pack to go which lasted another night after work. Not a large selection but a good variety. Great service and of course a fan of the decor. I really want to see a local food truck pop up next door.

Based on the reviews, Big Block Brewing Carnation is a great little brewery with more than just IPA. There is a good variety of beer, seltzer, and non-alcoholic options. Guests enjoy a wide variety of beers in a five beer flight. The Session IPA and Mosaic IPA stand out, and the Black Ale is a favorite. The brewery offers a Pils and an English Ale. The folks working here are amazing and super friendly. The vibes inside are great, and it is the best spot to watch a game or meet new people. The seating is really comfortable and there are lots of TV’s. It is easy to park. It is a perfect place to grab a cold beer on a warm summer afternoon. This is one of the go-to spots and is well worth the visit.
