We visited the bakery with anticipation on Saturday the 25th, and sadly, were left somewhat wanting. First of all, porta-potties in the parking lot? Big turn-off. Then, excited to try the almond croissant filled with almond cream....kinda dry, with no cream. The tomato brie sandwich was delicious, tho we asked the cashier to cut it in half, and she didn't. Finally, she had zero personality and seemed to be either having a bad day or having an issue with waiting on people....

Delicious and beautiful pastries! I tried their fruit pastry (peach+blueberry), classic croissant, oatmeal+apple cookie, and chocolate chip cookie… and they were all fantastic! My MIL loves their peanut butter cookie so much she pre-ordered it for the weekend (the best she’s ever had, she said).

So good! Visited a friend who lives in Cashmere and she took me here, loved it so much we went two days in a row. The sandwiches are to die for and the view and atmosphere is so nice! I’ve been day dreaming about this place non stop and wish I didn’t live 6 hours away!
