My husband and I were actually looking for information about a homeless person who had our car and was evidently living in it. We didn't expect too much help, but we were hoping... having chili, we had hoped to be greeted by... someone weren't. Also, I had wanted to talk about volunteering to help delivering food boxes. No one ever approached us in any way so we could talk about helping. Not to mention a possible lead on our car. We did share a table with a homeless...

I have a guest at my motel that was needing assistance with a room so this young woman didn't end up on the streets, they were nice enough to offer help and even hyave me numbers to more resources to help her. Very pleasant and friendly experience talking to them.
