Foods always fresh and they are pretty quick when in the drive thru, eating inside tho it seems to take a lil longer.
Drive thru I wouldn't recommend using...... The times I use it is not been the best experiences
Paid $26 including a float and cheese curd upcharge. They gave me melted milk float halfway filled and no cheese curds. Waited over 15 minutes when I was the only person there.

At the KFC in Centralia, Washington, customers can enjoy great food and friendly service, with occasional money-saving specials. The big box chicken meal is a standout, offering a tasty deal. However, online orders may lead to misleading portion sizes, like the small mashed potatoes and gravy. Despite this, the staff is known for their kindness, even going the extra mile by providing treats for pets.
The restaurant offers a Tuesday deal of eight pieces of any type of chicken for $10, which is a great value. The coleslaw, although a bit pricey at $4.53 for a small batch, is reported to be delicious. Customers can save more money by using the app.
Unfortunately, the restaurant seems to have some management issues, as they are often out of the original recipe chicken, even during peak hours. This can be frustrating for customers. Additionally, the quality of the food can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting cold mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as a hard biscuit. However, the coleslaw is often praised as a highlight.
