There are two kinds of diners… Greasy spoons and ones where you can get real home cooking. Main Street Grill gives you delicious home cooking with large portions and welcoming service. One of us had the chicken and mushroom fettuccine with perfectly cooked chicken and mushrooms and delicious homemade sauce. Pot roast was good served with mashed potatoes that were ok. Clam chowder was good. We had meat loaf that was not very good. The other person with us tasted it and didn't like it either. Burger was good, and the fish basket was good. As far as the service, it was excellent. The total bill I thought was fair. It is worth the stop.
This was the best place ever. When we got there our waitress was so sweet her name was Lori. The stuff they had on their menu was amazing. You never see stuff like meat loaf, pot roast, pork chops, turkey dinner. All the seafood they had on their menu. Meatloaf sandwiches I could go on and on. The breakfast menu was amazing too.
