About O'Blarney's at the Gibson House

O'Blarney's at the Gibson House is a charming Irish pub located in the town center of Centralia, WA. The restaurant serves excellent food, including its famous clam chowder, which is praised as the best ever had. The sourdough bread is also a highlight. The elegant decor, complete with brass railings and real wood bar, creates a classic Irish pub atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, with one waitress in particular standing out for her pleasant and intelligent demeanor. Recent reviews mention that the food is great and the atmosphere is relaxed but nice, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal, shoot some pool, or find a quiet spot for conversation. Visitors appreciate the friendly service and welcoming environment. It is noted as a go-to place for late-night dining, with a full menu available until later than most places around. While some dishes may vary in quality, the overall experience is positive, and the restaurant remains a favorite for those traveling between Portland and Seattle. Guests have praised the turkey cranberry croissant and the perfectly crisp fries, rating their experience as a solid 9/10 each time. The combination of good food, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit spot in Centralia, where many have enjoyed exceptional service from the staff, including a bartender who crafts drinks to perfection.

best place to eat by far i would recommend it to anyone there drinks are amazing

Food is usually great. But I ordered the chowder and soda bread this time. Chowder was good, soda bread was NOT soda bread. It came soaked in oil and fried?? Not sure what that's about.
I asked for non-fried soda bread and they obliged.

Good food, great service, fun atmosphere.
