Very cool coffee roasters. The roaster is very cool super old great coffee. Good taste beens aren't all dried out. And lattes very good no burnt milk. Bought a cookie that was a bar kind so yummy
This place is an absolute gem! From the moment you enter, you can feel that it is a labor of love and this is only confirmed when you taste their coffee and food offerings. I don’t live in Centralia but their shop is my go-to stop between Portland and Seattle as they have easy parking right off I-5 and they can rival the best coffee and snacks in either city. I always stock up on freshly roasted beans to enjoy at home which are fairly-priced and make a perfect cup at home. And...
I have always loved Santa Lucia. The new addition of the Flourish Cafe....just amazing! I had a club wrap and peppermint Patty cheesecake. Both were so fresh and delicious. Great service and atmosphere! Top notch all the way around.
