“I'm a truck driver and I stop here somewhat regularly. This place, (in my opinion) is one of the few McDonald's and even businesses in general that I've ALWAYS had a great experience at. The people are great, attentive, seem to genuinely care, don't make mistakes, friendly etc... today is December 2nd, 2024 ,9:20 am and I want to give extra appreciation and gratitude to Jacqueline (in not sure how she spells it so hopefully this is correct), she was absolutely the one thing today that will get me through till the end, without feeling negative about anything, in a job filled with it. This is one of the nicest, smiling, angelic people I've come across in any business. Please notice her and reward her with kind words, on a first name basis, maybe a bonus, whatever but, do NOT let her go each day without giving her the riders she deserves. I've been top boys in several business's and middle mngmnt and regular employee and I can tell you first hand that, you do NOT want to lose her. If she desires to run a store one day, help her because, she would be great at it. Thank you to all. James“
“My expectations are very low, but Hayden was very courteous. I didn't expect a McDonald's employee to greet with eye contact and hold the door before taking out the curb side order. His simple gesture reminds me that I'm more than just a McDonald customer on the books, but a person.“
“Stopped by after work to get me a quick dinner. When I got home I realized that they had not put my fries in the bag. Disappointed, but I understand mistakes happen. This particular McDonald's is almost always on point with their service and food request.“
