McDonald's in Lacey

“I didn't realize I had forgot my wallet and when I pulled up to the window the guy working today pulled out his wallet and offered to pay for me.

While it was not necessary, I found it to be above and beyond and by far the best experience I ever had at a McDonald's window.

I came back to reimburse him plus extra.“

The folks working tonight (4/8/26) deserve a raise! Attention to detail 10000/10 seriously you could taste the thoughtfulness. In all seriousness the bacon was the best I've ever had at a McDonald's and the person who made my burger clearly understood the assignment I hate condiments but love tomato, lettuce, pickle, ect. Whoever made this put all the extras in between the patties instead of on top.....so it doesn't get soggy....I hope your pillow is always cool and both sides ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Wait times are usually pretty low even when the lines are long. The employees know my mom by her order as she comes through the drive thru every single day, on her way to work, and they great her by name and are always very friendly. The food is always fresh and very hot. Never disappointing!“

“Just came by after hours and had the most upbeat and helpful young man named Stone take our order at the drive thru. He was knowledgeable about the menu, pointing out certain food combos on special to save us a little money. With the economy and price hike on nearly everything right now, I greatly appreciate being told that it was cheaper to buy 4 double cheeseburgers than it was to buy 4 regular cheeseburgers. We need more employees like Stone taking our orders, so I hope the next time he's up for a raise, you give him the max possible. Thank you Stone, for taking the time to suggest the specials you had running. We appreciate it!“
