Made an online order for pickup. All sandwiches were made plain (didn't ask for plain) missing Big Mac, pies were cold and of course every order takes +10 mins to receive every time we stop by this location. Customer service was saving grace this time around.
I come here sometimes but this was couple months ago I just forgot to write a review. Me and my husband went through the drive thru I think after midnight, we got our order wrong, we ordered 5 spicy mcChickens but we got the regular ones instead. Luckily we were still there so we turned back around, we went straight to the second window to let them know we got the wrong order.
