“Shawn, the white boy with the accent was doing AMAZING keeping the ship sailing in bumpy waters. He jumped in when other staff was in a little over their heads and got everything situated and even went above and beyond just to get me my sauce. He’s great at his job, was so so nice and deserves all of the raises in the world.“
“Received an order from this place. While the food was great, they didn't give me ketchup packets. I can understand not having some certain condiments like a popular new sauce and buffalo, but what kind of McDonald's runs out of ketchup packets of all things? Now I can't even use the Ranch dressing (that I PAID extra for, mind you) because I mix the ranch and ketchup together.“

“One of the best McDonald’s locations I have visited in years. The restaurant is extremely clean, quiet, and very well organized. What impressed me the most was how kind, professional, and friendly the staff were. Everyone was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Thank you.“
“I didn't know they closed early So I accidentally went through the drive through 4 minutes before closing, which is obviously the most evil committable crime known to man. anyway The guy was not even mad. He like didn't even say anything about it. In fact, he was kind and caring and catering to me it was absolutely crazy..... As someone who used to work in fast food, i was only this kind to customers during like my 1st month? But this man was closing the store. I'm pretty sure on his own, and that's just insane to me. Because that means he's at least a shift lead. Anyway, kudos to him? I wish I had his name. I'm pretty sure I came like a year ago as well. And this is the only other time I came and he gave me water for free, even though that's not legal at McDonald's. And then this time, he was nice to me, like, wow, I'm so impressed by this customer service.“
