Staff is EXCEPTIONAL here. I had a large order of 30 burgers for a party and they were so accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Food came out fresh, hot, and surprisingly fast!! We were so grateful. I noticed they had a play area and the store was really clean, too. We will be back!
Everytime i come this plays always feels disorganized and rushed. There's always some mess, some line, some shouting from the back and no one in the front.
Ive been here multiple times and every single time there's always something wrong, down to the point I felt profiled against using their bathroom by any employee. I ordered my food online and had to wait almost 30 minutes for it!

The customer service is terrible. I’m saying this because of a lady—who appeared to be Hawaiian—who was providing very poor service; she was tossing food bags around. People would greet her, but she wouldn't respond; they would thank her, and she would just turn her back without caring. She wouldn't like it if the same thing were done to her—unless, of course, she’s used to that sort of thing...!!
