BEWARE OF THE CUSTER ROAD MCDONALDS. We ordered thru the mobile app for table service. Received a confirmation number and message that the food was being prepared and would be brought to the table soon. 20 minutes later and still no food. My husband went up to the counter and showed them the order details and confirmation number and was told they didnt have the order. It was already charged to our account and paid. We then tried to cancel it and couldn't because it was already...read full review
Staff is EXCEPTIONAL here. I had a large order of 30 burgers for a party and they were so accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Food came out fresh, hot, and surprisingly fast!! We were so grateful. I noticed they had a play area and the store was really clean, too. We will be back!
Everytime i come this plays always feels disorganized and rushed. There's always some mess, some line, some shouting from the back and no one in the front.
Ive been here multiple times and every single time there's always something wrong, down to the point I felt profiled against using their bathroom by any employee. I ordered my food online and had to wait almost 30 minutes for it!

McDonald's is a typical fast-food restaurant with efficient and respectful employees. The drive-thru is fast, and the order accuracy is commendable. While some find the prices high, others appreciate the quick service and hot, fresh fries. The Spicy McChicken deal can be a bit sloppy and has a smaller patty than before, but it remains popular. The restaurant is known for being clean, bright, and spacious, with a well-kept play area. Although food may take a little time, it generally comes out fresh. The staff is friendly, and customer service is better than at many other fast-food places. Overall, it's a convenient spot for a quick meal, especially for those who order through the app, which is efficient and has a rewarding program. Depending on the location's speed and accuracy, customers enjoy a reliable experience.
