Went to dinner there with a friend tonight. The website said they were open until 9pm. When we arrived at 6:32 we saw a sign stating that they closed at 7pm. That was disappointing as we would have to rush through dinner and not have a chance to visit. The couple in front of us said they wanted their meal for dine in and were told they were only doing to-go because the dining area was closed. I spoke up and said, “I thought you closed at 7pm, I don’t see any signs that say the dining area closes at 6:30.” The worker said “that’s just how we do things”. A family walked in behind us at about 6:35 and were told that we were the last customers and they were no longer serving, so they left without being served. We got our meal and left to go sit in our car and eat. Very disappointing. Maybe lunch is better but I don’t recommend going at dinnertime (6pm or later), you’ll be lucky to get served and should probably plan on eating in your car.

Tired of driving to this place and it being closed at 6pm or 6:30pm. Ridiculous. Third time in a row. They show they should be open on the door, but they aren't.

I went there tonight and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous. Made me feel welcome and invited me to return again. Clean bathrooms too. I will be back next week.
Food is good. Service SUCKS!! We have been in several times. But no more. She obviously doesn't need our money.

If you like slimy tacos so sopping wet that the tortilla falls apart, then this is the place for you. I hope the trash can thought it was better quality than I did.

Consistently inconsistent. I went to get the daily deal, super nachos, I told them which protein I wanted. What is pictured is cheese, beans, protein, Pico, sour cream, guacamole. I paid for my order and they tried to charge me full price, this has happened a few times before with the daily specials. I was taking it to go. When I opened the clam shell, they left off the beans and the Pico, leaving it very bland, and the shredded cheese was not very melted. Very disappointing, as I was looking forward to having a decent lunch. The woman making my food didn't bother to ask me if I wanted beans and Pico, I would have specified if I wanted something other than what was pictured. She did ask about sour cream and guacamole. Clearly she did not know what ingredients to use, even though it was on the picture above her.And not the first time. it is a gamble going here. Seems many times staff could care less. They don't ask what toppings or fillings you want, they leave out ingredients, dont prepare it correctly, or overcharge. Example, guacamole is pictured on the menu as part of a dish but they charge extra for it.I've given this place many opportunities to do better but they never do.

Please update your hours online- I have gone in multiple times and staff has said they were closed at 8 even though online it says they close at 9-10

Super friendly staff. Excellent quality and tasty food. Cute little place with an indoor Tiki hut table. will be coming back the next time we are in town.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice long ramp.

We have visited many of their restaurants over the years and really enjoyed them. This one was definitely not in the same category. Poor service to the point where employees didn't know how to make certain items on the menu. Also when the crowd died down and we were one of only two customers left in the store, the tables and floor were a mess and yet all the employees were in the back talking and on their phones. Many of the soda dispensers for Fountain drinks did not work or just for putting out water. When we came in and left there was no greeting no thank you very much no nothing. This is definitely occasion I would not return to. This place needs a serious management shake up. By the way if you're the owner of this location and you read this please don't send me some scripted response that you are ready to treat everybody with a smile because your employees represent you and they are not smiling or being kind to anyone. Get a clue
