I've raised pigs for 12+ years. Used many different processors. I had an emergency kill go to Finn's meats, who uses Uncle Jim's for their ham and bacon smoking. I started to save a belly to take in for bacon after that. This year, we wanted to take in some ground meat leftover in the freezer for some pepperoni. We took in 12.5 pounds of our ground pork, 11.5 pounds of ground beef, 1 pound of ground elk and 3 pounds of bacon that Uncle Jim's had just finished...
Don't skip out on this gem! We hired Cindy and Jim for our wedding and they did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious and we had TONS of people ask where we got our food from because it was SO good! The brisket was a crowd favorite amongst many other plates we had served. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for helping make our day amazing!
Super late review, I believe this was from 2022So if you like sausage, and who doesn’t, try Uncle Jim’s. I came across this place at the Lewis County Spring Youth Fair and was blown away as soon as I bit into my garlic sausage on a stick. If you are a connoisseur of garlic and/or onion rings, you will not be disappointed.
