Now that most of the tourists have left we decided to give the new Apple Cup a try for breakfast. Totally disappointed.
I ordered my favorite, The Bob, and it was almost inedible. The biscuit seemed to be very stale,dry and I had trouble cutting through it even with a knife. Definitely not up to standard of the original Apple Cup. My wife ordered the BLT and was underwhelmed. Very little B L or T in it. We enjoyed the Apple Cup, on Friday's opening. very friendly service, and similar menu. We'll definitely be back many times. So glad the Apple Cup is open again.
(But I really miss the comfortable booths. Those black metal chairs are attractive but unfortunately cut into your back.)
This is the only coffee stand in the Valley who can brew a great cup of coffee and offers great tasting White Coffee! Thanks for always being fast with the caffeine. ❤️
