Service was great, but we both ordered the 1/4 lb brisket sandwich. The brisket was burnt and so hard we couldn't chew it. We ended up throwing 1/2 of each of our sandwiches away because the meat wasnt edible. We have always ordered the roast beef, and decided to splurge and spend more, but were super disappointed.
This has been my favorite arbys for 20 years. There is also an employee named Tobias who really makes you feel valued as a customer. We always appreciate his kindness, and desire to provide a positive experience.
Honestly, visiting this Arby’s was probably the most pleasant fast food restaurant experience…
the food was super fresh, the establishment was extremely clean, and the staff was just the most attentive and kind humans, specially Tobias.
