Service was great, but we both ordered the 1/4 lb brisket sandwich. The brisket was burnt and so hard we couldn't chew it. We ended up throwing 1/2 of each of our sandwiches away because the meat wasnt edible. We have always ordered the roast beef, and decided to splurge and spend more, but were super disappointed.
This has been my favorite arbys for 20 years. There is also an employee named Tobias who really makes you feel valued as a customer. We always appreciate his kindness, and desire to provide a positive experience.

Pita is too fluffy, tzatziki is not cucumber enough. And the beef mix is too high. Lamb is way softer and juicyer.
Someone needs to go to Mikeys in Moscow Idaho to see what it should be. In Greece, they might add one or two different things, but they nearly all taste the same, amazing!!
