Great atmosphere!!! The crew is always happy and seem to enjoy their job!! And when they say the world’s best cookie, they aren’t joking!!!The quality of the Clarkston store has got increasingly worse. From seeing employees working without gloves and undercooked cookies I can no longer stand by my previous review. Finding a hair in a cookie last week was the last instance of bad quality for me. I will enjoy Crumbl when I travel, but will no longer order from my local store. It’s too bad!

The Clarkston WA Crumbl is a great asset to our community. The employees are always friendly & helpful. The answer all of my questions & sometimes help me with hard decisions on which cookies i want. I have never had a bad looking cookie from them either. Great Job A+

I didn’t get her name, but she had the best customer service!!! Thank you!!! She said the Peppermint wasn’t overpowering in the chocolate peppermint cookie. She was right, it’s nearly perfect. If it was perfect we wouldn’t have to go back for more! Yum!!!
