Hazel's Good Eats Reviews
The wait staff were VERY friendly and attentive, keeping my coffee cup brimming. The only thing that kept the entire rating from being a solid 5 stars was the chicken fried steak. While it was good, the seasoning seemed a little off from the traditional flavor that I prefer. I say this being a lifelong aficionado of chicken fried steaks. I'd eat there again in a heartbeat, however, but likely have something else from the menu.
This place is awesome!!! Amazing food and FABULOUS service.
First time going there as we came into town and wanted to find a good breakfast place. They came recommended to us and it was absolutely delish. Best omelette I’ve ever had. The waffles are amazing with fresh blueberries.
The atmosphere is fun and the staff were all super super friendly.
Definitely check it out.

Hazel's Good Eats offers great service and delicious food in a timely manner, even for large groups. This locally-owned business features generous portions at reasonable prices, with VERY friendly and attentive wait staff who keep coffee cups filled. The cheerful, quirky beach shack ambience creates a welcoming atmosphere that many find charming. The Blueberry waffle, pancake, Awesome omelette, and Garbage spud are highly recommended, with the pancakes described as fluffy, buttery, and golden perfection. The chicken fried steak is good, though some find the seasoning a little off. Portions are large, and staff are accommodating, even for last-minute visits. Customers praise the hospitable atmosphere and the friendly staff who often know many customers by name. Plenty of parking is available, though the busy spot can get crowded. Hazel’s is especially popular for breakfast, with the breakfast plates arriving at nearby tables looking fantastic. While lunch options like burgers and fish and chips are available, they may be less impressive, with some noting that the fish and chips lack flavor and may not be made in-house. Overall, Hazel's is a cheerful, funky spot loved for its breakfast and friendly environment, making it a must-visit for locals and travelers alike.
