I was really excited to try Rooster’s Waterfront Restaurant, especially knowing it was right on the water. We were driving through on our way to Montana, and it was an easy walk from our hotel, which made it even better.

We stopped here while staying at a local hotel for the night and it was a great choice! The food was excellent and there was a lot more we wanted to try. The only downside was that the food and service were on the slow side. Our server noted this and apologized multiple times so maybe it was just a rough night. The views were amazing. We had three people, 2 beers, 1 margarita, and a frozen lemonade ina edition to our three entrees and it was just over $100 with tax and tip.
