This Subway location stands out from most — it’s well-kept, efficiently run, and delivers that consistent quality you hope for when you stop in for a quick meal. Everything from the bread to the veggies looked fresh, and the sandwich line moved quickly even during the lunch rush.
The staff here deserves credit — friendly, attentive, and they actually listen when you order (a rarity at some chain spots). They kept the workspace spotless and handled custom requests without hesitation. My sandwich was built neatly, wrapped properly, and came out exactly how I ordered it — simple, but done right.
The interior was clean and organized, with tables wiped down and the drink station stocked. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable — and that’s what keeps people coming back. Parking is easy, and it’s conveniently located right off Bridge Street for anyone passing through town.
Overall, this Subway hits the mark for what it’s meant to be: quick, clean, fresh, and friendly. When you’re on the go and want something predictable done well, this spot won’t let you down.

I’ve gone through the drive through about 3 times and everytime they tell me to wait a moment and I timed it this last time. It was 5 minutes before someone spoke to me again. I didn’t end up ordering because I didn’t have time anymore. I understand if it’s busy but there was not a single car in their drive through or parking spaces except one which I can only imagine was an employee. I’m not sure what was more important than helping customers. The first time I went they had gotten my order all wrong after making me wait 5 minutes to order once again. I called and the kid didn’t know what to do he put me on hold and then said the manager told him he will put me down for a free sandwich. And lastly every sandwich I’ve gotten in the drive through has been a disaster.

Called in a order and asked for one sandwich to be double toasted and for one sandwich to be regular toasted and was told that the sandwich were just cold after ordering and picking it up withing 5 mins of ordering and why are the employees giving customers such attitude for a simple order is kinda ridiculous and to talk rudely behind the person on the phone talking trash about a customer is not a great idea and is very unacceptable horrible service

I went through the drive-thru and got a protein bowl. They charged me $18 and did not give me my avocado. She insisted that she did not charge me for my avocado but I find that hard to believe when the guy who took my order said it would be an up charge and I said that's fine. I get my food, I get home and I start eating it and there's a long dark hair in my food. Mind you, I have shorter hair and it's pulled back in a ponytail that she refused to make it right and instead wanted to argue with me. Not a very good supervisor in my eyes.

The food is good, but only if they get the order right. I don't think this branch of subway can follow simple directions on how to make someone's order without adding, leaving out, or putting their own twist on it. JUST MAKE THE FOOD IN THE ORDER OF THE RECEIPT. I could go on but that's enough. It just baffles me that it is consistently the same branch that messes up. All the surrounding subways fill orders how they are presented.
