Called in a order and asked for one sandwich to be double toasted and for one sandwich to be regular toasted and was told that the sandwich were just cold after ordering and picking it up withing 5 mins of ordering and why are the employees giving customers such attitude for a simple order is kinda ridiculous and to talk rudely behind the person on the phone talking trash about a customer is not a great idea and is very unacceptable horrible service

I went through the drive-thru and got a protein bowl. They charged me $18 and did not give me my avocado. She insisted that she did not charge me for my avocado but I find that hard to believe when the guy who took my order said it would be an up charge and I said that's fine. I get my food, I get home and I start eating it and there's a long dark hair in my food. Mind you, I have shorter hair and it's pulled back in a ponytail that she refused to make it right and instead wanted to argue with me. Not a very good supervisor in my eyes.

I'm a pretty nice guy, but the guy the made my sandwich was very abrupt and just basically wanted to get my sandwich done and go away, and when my card went through the ran to a table to talk to his friend I guess, anyways super unprofessional

The food is good, but only if they get the order right. I don't think this branch of subway can follow simple directions on how to make someone's order without adding, leaving out, or putting their own twist on it. JUST MAKE THE FOOD IN THE ORDER OF THE RECEIPT. I could go on but that's enough. It just baffles me that it is consistently the same branch that messes up. All the surrounding subways fill orders how they are presented.

I tipped in advance, hoping I'd get great service. Both mine and my wife's subs were lacking items we asked for. Like I asked for extra lettuce and got none extra pickle and olive i got bare min. Their were 2 people working, but we were in the drive , and our order was ready, and we still had to wait until the other guy was done. Not very happy. My money is good at other places if that's the level of food and experience I'm going to get.
