On our last visit to the Coal Mountain Caboose I found the food to be above expectations. My BLTA was perfect, the french fries so good, and the fry sauce was fire. I would recommend a stop by when in town!

I was traveling through and stopped to grab some food. Seemed like a few of the restaurants on the strip were closed but not this one. I ordered the California Chicken Club with house salad. It was very good and fulfilling! Had great taste and tasted fresh. House salad was great also. My server/bartender was Patrick. We got talking a bit and he’s a super cool dude! I highly recommend this place when in town to locals and travelers. Great food and prices.
