I’ve been going to Cle Elum Bakery for well over a decade, and it’s a mandatory stop every single time I pass through Cle Elum. There are so many good things here, but the divinity cookies and eclairs are my absolute favorites. The divinity cookies are unique, sweet, and ridiculously good, and the eclairs are always delicious. There’s a reason I’ve kept coming back for more than 10 years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!
Late review - Came too late in the day for a good selection but I did enjoy the cookies! My coffee was a completely different flavor from what i asked for. Already left to my next destination when i had tried it.
