Can't say I'd come back here. We stopped on the way back from a camping trip but it was pretty disappointing. They brought one of us the completely wrong order; it seemed like our waiter had a hard time hearing but he didn't ask for clarification or anything. And even the food that was correct still wasn't great—the chicken was dry, the enchilada sauce and beans tasted like they came straight from a can, and the chile relleno was thin, limp, and soggy....
I stopped by El Caporal Mexican Restaurant and had an incredible experience. Everything tasted so fresh and authentic! I ordered the Shrimp Fajitas, and they were phenomenal—sizzling hot, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The service was top-notch and welcoming. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food made with fresh ingredients, this is definitely the spot!
2026 still my favorite Mexican restaurant in the cle elum area. My husband would ask me do you want to go out for Mexican and you live in Everett and I said nope and he said how about Cleon and I'm going yes because this is a destination restaurant so today after 6 years and him passing away I came back and I had the chili ready and I'm in the taco and my friend had the enchilada and then we had had. As she says the most exquisite dessert ever was a lava cake with ice...
