We rented a house at Suncadia for Thanksgiving. I make a traditional fish stew/chowder on Black Friday. This year I was constrained by two granddaughters whose nursing mothers had to avoid dairy. I decided to make a cioppino/bouillabaisse tomato/saffron fish stew instead. I was further constrained by one daughter-in-law deathly allergic to bivalves! So I went to Gemini on Wednesday to put in an order and boy did they come through! This was for 16: 2 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp, 2 lbs cleaned squid and tentacles, 1-1/2 lbs Halibut cheeks, 1-1/2 lbs black cod in 2" square chunks & 1 lb Dungeness crab meat (an extra lb for stuffed mushroom hors d'oeuvres) + 2 containers of shellfish free fish stock. Everything from Gemini was superb. I was particularly impressed that the crabmeat was free of all cartilage and the squid had all beaks and cartilage removed. Likewise the peeled and deveined shrimp (with tail attached) were immaculate. I could not recommend them more highly.

Had their food truck food "Gemini fish too" had the sandwich with cod, and the cod was cooked perfectly! With coleslaw and burguer bun, delicious. We had clam chowder it was good.

I have been following this store that I’ve heard about for more than a year now. I eat 300 days a year if not more. living in central Washington when I go to the Seattle side I’m usually at on a transportation bus so I don’t get to stop this time i drove and I made it a priority. I was so darn excited when I walked in. I spent more than $100 there on some of the best food I’ve ever had. The poke was delicious, the shrimp extra sweet, and the Halibut over the top. I read that some people said it was expensive., Great fresh fish usually is. And it’s worth every penny. The employees were very kind. The atmosphere was wonderful, and then I went out and ordered some fish and chips off of their wagon and sat in their courtyard under the shade of a great tree met some nice folks there. I will definitely be back Time after Time keep up the good work, Gemini. Mahalo for the experience.
