My experience here was good, and bad. There was 2 baristas that really stuck out to me. I am a regular here and im 62 years old so im not really familiar with the Starbucks app but the 2 baristas named Alayna, and Emma are always very helpful, not just to me but to everyone. They always greet people with a smile on their face and always have good manners. On the other hand there is this other barista ive seen a few times her name was Jenessa, she acted like she didn't wanna...
Ordered Egg bites and a wrap, along with 3 waters and an Iced Coffee. They served the food in about 4 min, then the drinks in 20 min. Yep 20 min! Maybe hold the food until we had something to wash it down with. I was there three days in a row, poor service and condescending servers.
Even when it's busy the two closing staff, Alex and Alexis, are always polite and cheerful. They are a genuine credit to your team and I'm always happy to see them when I come into the store.
