“I am from the Cle Elum area and travel over there quite a bit. I don’t know what’s changed over the last year but Employee seem happier, things seem to run smoother and we really had a great visit today on our way through town! It was to a point we were going to another coffee stand on the other end of town. We will be back. Keep it up Starbucks.!!“

“I got a latte in Ellensburg and made the mistake of not tasting it until I was 10 min west. The next closest Starbucks is this one in CleElum. I explained that my latte in Ellensburg was accidentally made with regular milk, instead of the requested oat milk. The CleElum barista re-made me my drink at no charge. Thank you! Excellent customer service.“
