Friendly staff but soda machine was out of carbonation. We already paid for our drinks before we realized. When I notified a staff member she said she would change it but she never did. Kind of a rip off.
Showed up with my kids and the staff were patient, kind and accommodating. The food was great Subway quality, and the decor was standard and clean. I've been to a few Subways recently (my kids currently like it) and we've seen a wide range of food/service/atmosphere qualities and this was a pleasant surprise.
This Subway has the *absolute best staff* and I have to call them out for their hard work. We go to Subway pretty frequently when we're traveling. Subway is Subway, but the staff in Cle Elum absolutely made the experience.We passed through on Christmas Eve for lunch, and obviously, that's a tough day to be working, but the staff were so friendly and helpful and kind that we made a point to stop on our way back.Totally different set of employees - and *way* busier- but...
