Severely understaffed. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Host is also busboy. Waitresses are running around trying to keep up with the guests. Food is decent. If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else (The Cottage).

Came on a random Wednesday and it was very busy! Super cute small town cafe with good background music, homemade pies, gluten free options! And the food wasn’t over seasoned for being fried. SOOOO GOOD! Our server was super sweet!

The atmosphere was cool! It had a country vibe, and the bar area has a really warm, vivid vibe! Great customer service. They have a little spiel on their menu about their top tier potatoes and in house hash browns and fries, but all of our potato sides were clearly previously frozen or boxed (only thing fresh about it is that it's fresh off of a Sysco truck 😆). Unfortunately this is the way of most restaurants these days and they have little choice in the matter.

This is my favorite restaurant in the entire United States. Amazing food. I strayed from my usual cowboy steak with veggies and had some kind of BLT with chicken tonight (don't remember the name of it). I wish I had ordered two. How do you turn something that simple into something that delicious?

Pricey? I wouldn't say so. I only get to eat here once or twice a year, and I spend the rest of the year waiting for it. The price is fair (or even low) for the quality.

Coming from an ingredients household, I truly appreciate the time and care that the team at Sunset puts into the amazing meals they create! Everything was so fresh you could definitely tell the difference in quality and flavor.

Oh my gosh, my husband and I went in and had their prime rib dinner last night. It is one of the best we have had in years.

Do you wish to pay 108$ for pure disappointment, boy are you in for a treat, look no further! What joys does it bring when you order a 35$ prime rib steak on the Friday special, which is oddly the exact same cost that it is the other 6 days of the week when its not on the special, but picture this... this 35$ cut of prime rib is so lack luster that the slices of turkey in a hungry man meal would absolutely dominate the size of this steak! But thats not the best thing, if you're worried that this absolutely amazingly thin sandwich sliced cut of prime rib will burn your tongue, they've taken the liberty of letting it get cold for you, its nice of them to pay such attention to safety, after waiting 45+ mins to even be served your drink, getting ignored and walked by 13 dozen times and being in the restaurant approximately an hour and 20 minutes before seeing any food! My child's chicken strips looked like nothing identifiable to chicken strips, we're burnt and dry while also somehow still able to line her plate with a small Olympic pool of grease. getting refills must be effected by the tariffs or something and its just really hard for them to get each glass of soda out of the ports? because in the nearly 2 hours we were here we got maybe one refill, and a strawberry lemonade without strawberries. I use to love this place, including the prime rib.. but if this is the current quality standard save yourself 108$ and get some 1.99 hungry man meals, get the same quality and satisfaction in the comfort and and sanctity of your own home. Ive never not tipped on 108$ bill, but the 0$ tip you received from me today, was much much greater generosity than was deserved. This was by far the must upset I've ever been with any dining experience ive ever had, and maybe thats because I KNOW you have the ability to be an amazing restaurant and you just didn't? failing because you dont know better is one thing, failing while knowing better and just not having the aptitude to care at all is insanity in my point of view. I couldnt begin to explain the quality and service of this establishment today, but I'd only imagine and waver to guess that people have enjoyed prison more. Do better. Raisens in coleslaw? Why... what the heck is that? also, everyone (other than me evidently) thinks that the sunflower seeds in the salads is bazaar. I like sunflower seeds so, that is what it is.

First the staff was great friendly and fast. We didn't have to wait on anything all of our drinks were filled and good. The food we ordered was from breakfast to lunch. And all was on point very happy with everything and im the type of guy that if you dont try it reflects on the tip. But we found and amazing hidden restaurant that we have past all these years. No longer our trip just got 1 hr longer. Thank you for what you do.

Came late on a Thursday night for drinks and Monday for breakfast. Both great experiences. Really love the bar area. Nichole is great, she helped us both times

I had a rather interesting scramble/build your own breakfast burrito here, it was pretty good. The restaurant is a little drab but in that cozy roadside diner kind of way.

The only breakfast place open at 0700 anyhwere around here.

Quick, attentive, polite staff that lets you eat in peace.

The single best sausages I have been served in. My. Life.

10/10 pancakes with insane berry syrups on the side. Eggs cooked as requested.

Obvious attention to quality.

You have healed my soul with this meal.

Do not skip if you need a hearty breakfast and you care about quality.
