Sabrina and her team are the absolute best of the best. We host monthly events and it's hard not to use Green Bluff Fresh Catering Co for everything :) The quality and taste is superior, the value is perfect, and the team is the kindest group of people you'll ever meet. She truly goes above and beyond whether it's a boxed lunch for a workshop or a multi-course plated dinner.
We worked with Sabrina for our wedding in September this year. The food was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests with several even telling us it was the best food they had ever eaten. We did the greenbluff garlic salmon, tri-tip with chimi churri, garden salad, parmesan potatoes, bechamel broccoli, and carmelized squash for our main course. We also did passed appetizers of stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta phyllo cups, and spinach/artichoke/crab baguette.
Greenbluff Fresh had such a great menu with so many options to choose from. We chose the apple butter chicken and creamy pear chicken as the entree. The food was amaxing!! They were very easy to work with, the food was presented neatly, and everything was warm and tasted great.
