Lovely coffee shop with good choices that are affordable. A large number of baked goods as well as many great sandwiches. Very friendly and efficient staff. Attractive and appealing tables and chairs and a wonderful outside patio.
I would rate Fonks a five stars, however, the servers sometimes don't listen to what you want and you have to catch them before they heat your sandwich or send it back because it wasn't cut in half as requested. and they can be kind of rude about it? Additionally, the prices are crazy high. Otherwise I would eat there way more often. The renovation after the fire is so beautiful and they support the community. I do enjoy myself when I am able to go and they do a great...
I love fonks. My wife told me about them before they reopened. Amy runs a great places. Always seems to find the perfect people to work for her. Love her coffee and honesty everything about the place. It does get busy. But even when it is. They are quick.
