Real nice Mexican restaurant. The waiter was on top of everything and pleasant too. Food was good, but I enjoy a little more heat. I'll know for next yo ask for a hotter spice level. The margaritas were good. Tried a couple of flavors.
It was almost empty when we went on a Friday night at 630. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The food was about $21 a plate. The portions were filling but not as large as you'd expect for $20+ but we didn't leave hungry either. Overall it was decent but I wouldn't make a special trip to Colfax for it either.
Today - Scrumptious Shredded Beef Enchilada Combo Plate for lunch! Meat had been marinated; tender & tasteful to perfection. Loved the quality and flavorful salsa. The portions were generous and served hot. Staff was entirely attentive and most cheerful. We will certainly be back - and soon! : )
