“Crazy to see self-serve taps for beer, cider, wine and sangria. The self-service option allows you to try multiple options in lower volume. I liked that. We had pizza and the sourdough crust was amazing! Baked just right! Both came with chorizo which we don't eat pork. We substitute a Beyond meat $5 up charge and ground beef $6 upcharge. We didn't know there was going to be an additional charge so it made the pizza pretty expensive. My personal pizza ended up being $20. It was very good but I consider it expensive.

Vegetarian options: No real complaints outside of not knowing the substitution was full price.“

“I don't have to tell the one's that have been there what kind of quality and professionalism that comes out of that place , don't let downtown Milton Freewater discourage you they are the best choice of restaurant $ for $,they keep it real, nothing fancy, just good service, great food, and amazing staff, it doesn't matter where you are you can get anything you want from anyone of them at any given time, with the best of attitude, what they have going there is hard to find , they don't need my comments to be successful, and I don't boast about very many things but their fish and chips as you all know are out of this world , it's no surprise that they run out on occasion, and if you have a problem with the gal that is preparing your food, or any of the staff you might look in the mirror and give them an apology, keep doing what you girls are doing, this is for the gal that prepared my two orders of fish and chips, even when I messed up my own order she made it happen, keep smiling girl“

“This is a really cool spot ,perfect for family gatherings or meetups ,spacious for everyone ,chairs and tables setup I want to say almost perfect ! Very comfortable,lots of room! They have karaoke and DJ nights some other nights are different,I think it’s great the variety of things they have to do not just for adults,kiddos can play pool ,or checkout a few decorations or even Karaoke themselves! The food even surpassed my expectations ,super delicious,definitely recommend their mac and cheese and their grass fed burgers which are 100% grass fed,my uncle owns a farm and I know what fresh meat tastes like ,this definitely hit the spot!! The waitress told me the owner looks after his own cows which are used for the burgers and I can definitely taste the hardwork and love when you bite into a burger ! Real genuine burger! In the end this is a very terrific spot definitely it will succeed your expectations I hope,and don’t forget to try out the bull riding ( before eating I’d say)haha ,and enjoy yourself and try something new every once in a while,change is good! This place is awesome ! 10/10 recommended for families and for friends or people just turning 21 good nice spot gives me vibes of a old movie set ! That’s how nice it is ! “Okay, well, I have always enjoyed STONE HUT. The food is always Great. The service is acceptable. But! When I reviewed my receipt I was surprised to see a charge for... $1.00.. for the bag they put my food in. No, not insulated. Nothing special. Just like a Walmart bag. REALLY!! Now, I know what you are thinking, it's just a dollar, get over it. But, what if every business and every purchase did that. It would really add up. Food for thought ?“

“Our go-to for when we don't know what to make for dinner (or just really don't want to). I put 3 stars for service just because more than not, it takes a while for someone to get to our table and get our order and at times refill our drinks. Not to say that the staff are purposely terrible at their jobs, but its hard not to take points off when its not full in the restaurant and we are left sitting at our tables for what feels like too long (for me that's 10 minutes). I think having customers seating themselves in certain areas definitely makes it easier to slip past a waiter's notice. But, BUT don't let that dissuade you from coming. The food is always delicious. My choice order is their hand-battered fish tacos and my husband loves the smokin' mac. I was only ever disappointed when I got their sandwiches. For the price that they are ($13-18), they definitely don't have enough filling on the inside. The most I would pay is $6-8. So if someone out there is listening, don't be shy and stuff that bread a little bit more. :P“
