Ordered online and they were backed up when we arrived to pick up the order. But the lady in charge was aware of the order and kept us updated about the status. The sandwich was saltier than usual and they left off some of the sauce. It was okay.
So the manager named Samantha was in the back as me and my group ordered 5 sandwiches and multiple other people showed up. Everyone had to wait. The man who served us literally did an amazing job trying to quickly do our sandwiches. However this lady did not do anything to serve anyone and even gave him a dirty look when she came out. This makes me unbelievably angry. This poor guy was getting swamped. I would only go to be served from this guy but I ever see this manager trying...
Review is for Subway ACROSS from Walmart.Clerk assisted me in getting discounted deal in app. Clerk in Walmart Subway was new and didn't want to figure it out.Sandwiches were very well done. Place was clean, staff helpful.
