Yes they have great brisket
Drove all the way out to Chips Bar & Grill in Bingen Washington, from Gresham Oregon for dinner on a work night, because it's that Good! Tried them for the first time on Friday & had to come back out for a fresh Brisket melt. They make all their soups from scratch. Tonight's soup was ham & lentil & it was the best I've ever had. Low key, nice dive bar. Super clean, server/bartender, cook (same person during day) was very friendly & accommodating. Spacious...friendly & fun. We had brisket fries & they were da bomb!

Chips Bar & Grill serves fantastic hand-crafted burgers and incredible brisket in a warm and welcoming "dive bar" atmosphere. This local hangout offers great vibes and personable service. The bartenders are attentive, remembering regulars' names. Despite the richness of the food, it's a must-visit at least once in a while, with the cook working hard to provide fresh, delicious meals straight from the grill.
