We ordered the Fennel Sausage pizza over the phone… clearly it was an AI service with the “woman” who answered talking over me, calling me by name repeatedly and then cutting me off when I was asking questions… guess a fake person can’t answer adhoc questions. Was not offered a choice of size, so when we picked it up it was smaller than we needed (about a medium in other places). Then, there was literally 4 pieces of small sausage on the entire pie. I have eaten here with my young kids multiple times over multiple summers (including 2020) and I find the service is great. A lot of the negative reviews on here appear to be from a while ago when there was less food options in Seabrook and this place would get incredibly busy. It still does, but that should tell you the quality is there. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The waiter was not friendly at all and the rest of the wait staff seemed uninterested in helping anyone else in the restaurant. We’ll save our money the next time we’re in Seabrook until they learn about customer service.
