“Been there since 1927, met the owner, pro motocross racer in 1970, old moto posters on the walls, super nice guy, thought they would have gas in the town of Brooklyn, nope, 5 houses and a tavern. Rode dual sport motorcycles there down forest service roads, one in our group was on reserve, nearest gas 40 miles away, bartender called every house in town, last house had a gallon of 93 non ethanol to make it to nearest fuel! Talk about service! Had burgers, they were awesome. Will be going back, great place. Have to take forest service road to get there from Rockchester, only paved road is from Aberdaber, be aware.“

“First time stopping in for breakfast. Both the Mexican & American breakfast menu was delicious. A lot to choose from. Friendly staff. We felt very much at home. Can hardly wait to try something new next time. Highly recommended“

“From the outside Rick's doesn't look like much but once you enter it's like entering a totally different place. There are the regular bar items like two pool tables, big screen TVs, an internet jukebox and pull tabs. What makes this place special are the customers and the bartenders. The regulars make you feel like you belong and you are partying with new friends that you've known forever. The bartenders are some of the best in the harbor. Melanie, Chrissy, Christie and Helen will always do you right.“

“This is the place to be. Always friendly service, terrific food & drinks. You have to try their pizzas & of course the baby back ribs on Friday night. Tables for groups or sit at the bar. Very country lay back atmosphere, music & pool table. 5 Star all the way.“
