Decided to try Golden Phoenix while I was driving through the area. I've been looking for a place that cam make kung pao chicken how I prefer it, with lots of veggies and I've found my new favorite place. There were plenty of bell peppers and veggies. Also it had that hallmark delicious Chinese food taste (probably msg) that I love! The egg drop soup I got was delicious as well. It was almost eerily quiet while i was here. Amazing, fresh food. Love this place.
Confusing consistency. Sometimes the food is 5 stars and other times it's barely 2. The first few times I ordered, the food was crispy and tender and delicious but every time since then the meat has gotten chewier and it just doesn't taste very good. I want to keep supporting, it's just hard to spend money on takeout right now and you want to know what you're getting :(
