“I have ordered food from this restaurant many times and have always been very happy with the quality and taste of the food, as well as the service. This last time that I ordered from them was delivery through DoorDash, and my driver forgot my drinks. I called the restaurant and they offered a refund, or if I wanted to come pick them up. I ended up driving to the restaurant to pick them up, and the staff was very apologetic and offered me an additional drink for free. The staff has always been more than kind and helpful, and I will continue to order from this restaurant and recommend them to family & friends!“

“Panda Express is at the top of the food chain. This time I went to the one in East Hill Kent. As with the times I've gone to other Panda Express locations I was extremely pleased that the food has always been top quality, consistent in taste from one store to the next. Spiciness levels are consistent, portions are always generous for a good price. I know I'm going to be pleased every time i go. The service is usually fast with an occasional lapse in speediness. This time I found i had come to experience Panda Express meals as my favorite go-to for quick, easy, cheap take- home ready to eat meals. Typically there are leftovers for another meal, with money left over for a treat if you want. Panda Express is top notch in taste, quality, fulfilling, meals with consistently friendly service in clean stores for a good price.
