Best dim sum and ramen! My son could not believe what he was eating! We love their food and friendly service and cannot wait to go back. We drive down from two counties north! It’s a worthwhile pilgrimage.
The food is really good. You can’t go wrong with the pork buns. The restaurant is dated but has nice family seating. Very good dim sum at a fair price.
Food is great, service is fine just a bit slow. Atmosphere is fine, just a bit old looking.

Triumph Valley is a restaurant that serves fantastic Cantonese cuisine, particularly its Dim Sum dishes. The green beans, fried shrimp balls, Siu Mai, and eggplant stuffed with Shrimp are standout dishes that impress even those familiar with authentic Dim Sum. The food is terrific, and the restaurant has a clean appearance, offering a variety of seafood options, including live Spot shrimp, Dungies, lobsters, and fish. However, the service can be minimal and inattentive, with long waits for seating, especially on busy days. The restaurant also lacks traditional Dim Sum cart service, instead using a digital menu, and does not offer a choice of teas or condiments. Despite some drawbacks, the excellent food quality makes it worth considering, especially on slower days. The restaurant is often busy on Sundays, and customers recommend arriving early to avoid long wait times. The interior is well-decorated, and the waiting area is spacious. While the chili oil could use more flavor, the overall dimsum experience is decent, and customers say they would return.
