A couple of weeks ago I came in and got a bowl of poke and half way through eating it I found a hair in my food. No biggie just asked for a new one and I got it.. and then I found a CLUMP of hair in my second bowl of food. I got my meal refunded and that was great. But I came back today and the guy serving my food just coughed into his hand… before serving me food..he has big curly hair which I am jealous of, however he should be wearing a hair net. Please update your sanitary requirements for your employees.

I thought my whole lunch break was going to be used completely up when they only had a one couple seated and was the only one in line! Seemingly stingy on the furikake too...but the spicy chicken surprisingly was fresh tasting.

If you are gonna promote Hawaii style food and atmosphere. please get workers with aloha personality And knows what they are talking about when serving food.

Last few times we came in they are always out of ingredients, especially lettuce and edamame. Today they were out of cucumbers so we had to leave and go to the maple valley location. Poke is just not the same without cucumbers. Hope they fix this issue soon because we like the friendly staff and fish is always fresh.

Jaylin was super nice and helpful hes definitely a professional and it made my first time at Just Poke a great experience, the food is really good too! I’ll be back to this location because of Jaylin!

Refreshing food fair for a quick healthy meal. Grateful they have cooked options too! Tried the Kalua Pork - didn’t disappoint. My wife had a build your own bowl to get even more and we walked away full and happy.

Thank you for the worst customer service experience ever. I asked for a little extra beans and was willing to pay for it, but the employee refused, stating that it was an online order. Even though I was ready to pay, I still couldn't get what I asked for.
