Best atmosphere and food ever!! Owner/chef is absolutely amazing, funny, personable, and his wife helps run the show! The food is phenomenal, atmosphere is fancy but homey (comfortable and down to earth while still being the perfect fancy date night), and the service is excellent! My husband and I went on one of our first dates here and we continue to go at least annually for our anniversary.
Came here for a dinner party and was pleasantly surprised. You can tell Chef Richard puts pride into the meals he prepares. We had an assortment and there wasn’t a single dish that I could say was underwhelming. I would highly recommend this place to others! The restaurant gives a small town feel that meets fine Italian dining!
We stopped by Rifugio’s after a 3 day backpacking trip near Mt Baker. I had read the reviews which were fairly good, but still didn’t know quite what to expect. We ordered the focaccia bread, a Caesar salad, and four different pastas. Every dish was excellent. The four pastas were cooked perfectly and the flavors were excellent.
