Ordered delivery, 2 milkshakes and 2 fries, $25.00! With delivery and tip, they arrive with fries only! Said machine was broken when delivered! Then calling and speaking with “mary” who said she was manager was rude, cursed and hung up on us.
If there is a manager or owner who sees this I’d like a refund! And apology.
I’ve never had such horrible customer service as I have at this Jack in the Box. Today’s drive thru person was exceptionally rude.
After waiting 6 minutes at the order screen (yes I timed it), I was finally asked “what can I get you?” I asked for 2 milkshakes, she then said “is that it?” I said yes.
