Ordered original recipe bucket and of course they can't follow directions and give me the whole bucket Extra Crispy SMH. So frustrating that people these days can't follow simple directions.
Hesitated to stop only a hour and a half to close, specially after a bad experience at a diffrent KFC. Glad I did. Food was great, service fast and very friendly.

Typical fast food restaurant. But this KFC was closed for a bit & now opened again. Their employees are inexperienced & I assume that they have a hard time finding employees like most places around this town.

Food was super dry & seemed like it was under a heater or something before served to us. A combo meal came with maybe 10-15 fries, the soda machine & ice machine in the lobby didn't work we had to ask them like 3 times behind the counter before they paid attention and filled up our cups. Then the worst part of our visit was I went into the restroom before our food was ready to wash my hands & it smelled like something was rotting in the bathroom. I looked inside each stall & the toilet looked clean it was just the plumbing or the trash had something rotten or moldy in it. I almost vomited I had to get out of the restroom & I just used my hand sanitizer. I won't ever return to a KFC. The last 3 times all different locations I've regretted going. My son likes chicken so every time I say we'll try maybe it'll be a good outcome but I'm wrong everytime.
