KFC is a typical fast food restaurant that has recently reopened after a brief closure. Despite some initial issues with inexperienced staff, the manager is courteous and friendly, apologizing for any inconvenience. The food is great, with fast and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the good value, such as the 8-piece chicken for $10, and some have commented that this location has the best chicken and staff compared to other KFCs. The staff member at the drive-thru, Jose, provided excellent customer service and is considered the manager, which surprised some visitors. Customers also mention that they received good service even when minor issues occurred, like missing sauces or a forgotten lemonade, which was then replaced along with the entire meal. Overall, the restaurant offers tasty food with friendly service and good deals, although there have been some instances of small service lapses.
