It is run by a husband and wife team. They are very friendly and even make suggestions on sauces, cheeses, and such. Great conversationalist. Will be sorry to see them move. They will be at the Walmart in Federal way subway store. Usually I show up with my daughter and she loves the subs he makes for her.
Update: The Husband and wife moved to a different Subway in Federal Way. Now customer service went way down. The guy that helped us was on his phone the whole time with a headset. kept trying to make us something we didn't ask for, kept trying to toast it when we said no toasting. We had to stop him from what he was doing. Was more interested in his phone call than getting our order right. Will not be going back again. Really miss the husband and wife combo, they new how to treat a customer.

The owner, very rude I asked for tuna sandwich and I got just sandwich with vegetable The place is not clean I never complain and I put a review But the owner yelled at me and threw my sandwich at me. I've never seen anything like that in my life.

I have never had such a slow experience. And unhygenic. When cutting veggies, he shoved his hand in the trash square to then sweep the cut veggies into his hand and put them on my food. He did this twice. He also coughed into the stand with all the bread in it when grabbing some for my sandwiches. The service was slow and i was asked to confirm what i had on my sandwich multiple times. I made 4 sandwiches. All 4 had peperjack cheese. I had to repeat it 6 times at least. When the owners are here, they are sweet hearts and everything is hygienic and quick. Its just when this one worker is here that it becomes an issue. People walked out because it was taking so long. So disappointed.

Had a coupon for buy a foot long get a 6inch free. He made the sandwiches got to the register handed the coupon to him, he said you ask first I don’t take coupons. I avoided this place for ten years. Now I’ll never go back, and yes he kept the sandwiches

I think this store needs some improvements. Worker was basically throwing pickles back into a bin that touched other sandwiches. Red flag. Also they had most of the soft drinks out of service. Sandwich making was of a person who never made sandwiches before. Just was hoping that they would take better pride I. There work serving the public will not be back at this location.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location, but this last one was awful - I ordered a foot long turkey on Italian and asked for different vegetables on each half. The employee made the sandwich well, but I didn’t realize she charged me for 2 six-inch sandwiches. My total came out way more than expected, and I didn’t realize it until after I got in my car because she didn’t even offer to give me the receipt. This feels like deception, especially because she didn’t explain to me how she would charge me and didn’t give me the receipt.

I’ve been eating Subway sandwiches for over 25 years and this one was the worst. Ordered a foot long Black Forest ham and got barely enough ham to cover the bread. He emptied the basin that he got the ham out of and told the girl beside him he needed more ham, so I figured he was going to put more ham on the sandwich when she brought out a full basin of ham, but no! He even found a couple of scraps of ham in the old basin and threw them on the top of the new ham. So basically I got a veggie sandwich for $12!! Won’t ever come back here!

Worst customer service ever,I asked if they take the coupon he said yes and pulled out a list that were just a few basic ones ,I said fine I ordered 3 and after that I kindly asked if he could wrap separately because I was taking them to a group of softball players and it would be easier to hand them out,he was so mad and said that it would be wasting his time and money that he was already giving me a discount with the coupon,I was like what are you talking about I worked at Subway many years ago and we would always do what a customer asked for,anyway I will never go back or recommend this place.

Possibly the friendliest and most attentive staff at any subway ever. They were very helpful and made positive suggestions to improve my sandwich. Knowing we were taking this to eat on the road, they even wrapped each half separately, to make them easier to eat without spilling.
If you want a sandwich, come to this store.
