I’ve been eating Subway sandwiches for over 25 years and this one was the worst. Ordered a foot long Black Forest ham and got barely enough ham to cover the bread. He emptied the basin that he got the ham out of and told the girl beside him he needed more ham, so I figured he was going to put more ham on the sandwich when she brought out a full basin of ham, but no! He even found a couple of scraps of ham in the old basin and threw them on the top of the new ham. So basically I got a veggie sandwich for $12!! Won’t ever come back here!

Bad customer service. Ask for sauce on the side and was rudely yelled at. Told me it cost $2 for sauce on the side.

Worst customer service ever,I asked if they take the coupon he said yes and pulled out a list that were just a few basic ones ,I said fine I ordered 3 and after that I kindly asked if he could wrap separately because I was taking them to a group of softball players and it would be easier to hand them out,he was so mad and said that it would be wasting his time and money that he was already giving me a discount with the coupon,I was like what are you talking about I worked at Subway many years ago and we would always do what a customer asked for,anyway I will never go back or recommend this place.

Possibly the friendliest and most attentive staff at any subway ever. They were very helpful and made positive suggestions to improve my sandwich. Knowing we were taking this to eat on the road, they even wrapped each half separately, to make them easier to eat without spilling.
If you want a sandwich, come to this store.

This Safeway lacks basic amenities such as restrooms and adequate employees. The Starbucks within the store had more employees. There was one cashier lane open, the rest were left to self checkout. There were more than enough people to justify having a second cashier lane open.

Say there is no kids meal but it’s on the menu. Never seen a subway do that. Then they double charged me for cookies

They don't give enough portion size.
I kept asking for more amount of salad... But the server was hesitant to put more salad on my bowl. We pay $13 for just this much amount of salad.
Don't buy food here. Waste of money

Recently found this gem of a Subway. The owners make excellent sandwiches. The finished product looks like the photos and t.v. commercials. They make excellent conversation. Thank you, we will be returning very soon, your store is our new go-to Subway.
