i ordered a vietnamese latte and tofu banh mi sandwich and i felt like goldilocks because they were both just right!!

the latte was just the right amount of sweetness that it felt refreshing, and the banh mi was just enough crispiness that it didn’t get in the way of getting a good bite, which made it so much more enjoyable to taste all the balanced flavors! the interior’s really pretty in its minimalist style and they’ve got a cute area set up for taking pics.

The food was great, the customer service was great as well for a party of 11 and half of the party was kids. The only thing i can complain about was that the non-tea drinks were a bit sweet and the kids didn't finish the strawberry yakult drink. To me it tasted like just strawberry syrup. My favorite was the shrimp toast! The coffee and milk teas are strong. I love it!

Parking: Lots of street parking and maybe parking at the hotel?

Kid-friendliness: Staff was friendly to the kids.

Tried this place out last night. Ordered the combo pho, it was amazing, one of my new favorites. The waitress was very friendly and even brought us some chilis to add a bit of spice. Will be back soon.

Really delicious, fresh food! I had the noodle bowl with tofu, and it was super yummy. My kids also really like their milk teas and smoothies.

Vegetarian options: They’re baked (fried?) tofu is delicious!

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to wheat and peanuts, and the wait staff was helpful with checking in with the kitchen on certain dishes that they weren’t sure were wheat free.

New favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I’m pretty picky about my Viet food since it’s what I eat out the most. This place is a gem!!! They have outstanding service, food and atmosphere! ?

Food: I’ve come here a few times and tried the vermicelli bowls, bahn mi, and of course the pho.
Broth is rich and flavorful, bowl comes out piping hot . Prices are a bit higher but I am MORE than happy to pay because the food is some of the best in Washington. Not to mention I can tell they pay attention to detail and presentation which I really do appreciate.

Service: Friendly, attentive staff providing quick service , what more could you ask for?

Atmosphere: the interior is pretty cute, I think the location used to be taken by an outdated Mexican joint, I really like what they have done. It’s lively and the decore and lights are nice ?. Everything is clean and the music is pretty good too! (Chill Vietnamese pop I had to look up the artist)

Will be coming back to try the boba and cool looking drinks!

My favorite spot for some Vietnamese food. Pho and rice plates are rich, full of flavor and well balanced. Also love their coffee and boba tea just perfect pairing for those foods. You definitely should give them a try!

I came here multiple times to try different dishes on their menus and it’s always a pleasant experience. The place is clean with abundant natural lights, yet intimate, making the dining experiences even more enjoyable. So far, I’ve tried Pho oxtail, Pho hotpot, sizzling beef with banh mi, Vermicelli bowl and the rice plate and I love them all, especially, the Pho! The food quality and presentation shows how much they care about their food and customers. I do plan to come back and try the rest of their expanding menus. The staffs are friendly and price is reasonable. By the way, their drinks menu is awesome! I had an avocado smoothie and a black coffee with cheese foam and they really completed a satisfying meal everytime.

Really tasty and a lot of dishes to choose from. The coffee is good and also the coconut coffee slush is hella good. Waiters are nice and the restaurant is clean and modern.

I tried this restaurant when it was still T&D Coffee house and loved the roti chicken and the fried rice that came with it. I also had the pho and it was okay. I came back with friends a few months later since I was raving about the chicken. Coffee options also look cool with durian coffee although I don't drink coffee. This time, the chicken was still good but the rice was really dry. I thought it was a one off. However, I returned again for 3rd time and was quite disappointed. The chicken with the fried rice is not very good anymore. chicken seem very dry on the inside. It has a subtle smell of old oil? The rice again was very dry. I hope the restaurant can work to get the quality back since I did really enjoy this place before. Probably wouldn't come back for the food anymore since it is quite far for me and with so many different restaurants available, it is not worth it. The service has always been pretty good for me.

This is one of my favorite local spots. Family atmosphere. Dine-in or to-go, the food, coffee and service have been wonderful every time. A must try in Des Moines, WA!
