Great little spot in Des Moines WA--quaint little area too. Clam chowder is amazing, crab linguini = amazing, and the big combo platterhas all the great fried seafood flavors you want! We also got the lobster tail dimner with a loaded baked potato = delicious. Very nice/attentive server too! There's also a bar!! We got a lot to share so we probably spent more than most would. Oh, almost forgot, the fudge brownie and ice cream made for a ridiculous finish!
Fish and chips were good. However, despite what the new owner is telling everyone, things have certainly changed. The AYCE fish and chips no longer includes chowder. They're now charging an additional $10 for it. That was a $50 upcharge for our table bringing the bill to $260 (including tip). Never thought I'd be paying that kind of money for fish and chips (and 3 sodas) for 4 adults and a 12 year old.

It is all about the food!! They had the the freshest halibut I've ever tasted they day we were there. The clam chowder had the biggest clams and and they were perfectly cooked and tender.
