I came at a non busy time there were only 2 other tables being catered to. When I sat down something really sticky was on my back from the seat and the seat had a huge hole in the middle and I had to sit in a way to avoid it. The food was really good but it took forever to come like almost 30 mins for one pizza during a non busy time. There was only one waitress helping all the tables and it looked like there were 5-6 other employees just hanging out in a corner. She didn’t check on us like she was the other tables and she forgot our order within like 5 mins of taking it and had to come back and ask again. The unpleasantness of the service alone wouldn’t make me come back here.

Well liked local pizza chain known for their 16" pepperoni pizza with fresh hand ground matzarella cheese on top. Has game day and Sunday specials. In last 3 months have rapidly expanded putting there trained staff thin, with many new employees who do not know how things are done. This places them at risk to becoming just another puzza joint in the crowd. Today crust burned but bottom of crust under cooked, cheese greater is broken...how long till it is fixed?

Online order. Go inside to pick it up. The girl at the desk by door looked confused and high on drugs. She asked what my pick up order was. I told her and then she took 3 seperate phone orders while i stood and waited. No problem they were busy. But, the front desk girl on the phone wiped her runny, dripping nose with her bare fingers no less then 6 times . Then proceeded to wipe the snot on her pants. It was like a bad movie. She finished on the phone, asked for the name on the order again, and dissappered for 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes i had 4 other employees approach me and ask i had been helped. Very disorganized and I could see my order sitting in the warm box the second i walked in. Got the pizza, sanatized the boxes, and left. Pizza was put together with little to no care. Almost like they try and make your pizza all jankey and lopsided with one topping or the other and then cut into huge and tiny slices. Like art. This place has that dirty, im the only pizza place in town so take what you get and shut up vibe. Not a lot of value either. Probably not going to order again.

First time trying out Farrelli's and I came with a group of over 15 people. I ordered the tomato gorgonzola soup and the meateater pizza. Everything was amazing and our server was very attentive the entire time. There are different specials each day of the week too. Overall nice spot and can accommodate large groups well!

Brought my two daughters here today as we usually do every Monday. It was perfect. We got our favorite waitress who is a very kind young lady who always makes us feel welcome and usually remembers our order unless we switch it up. My girls loved their food and everything went great. Of course, it wasn't busy tonight so things weren't chaotic. I am grateful for the experience and recommend this place to any and all. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but for the experience and with everything Farrellis does in the Dupont community, it's totally worth it.
Yes the pizza and beer are great, but they have so much more too. The stuffed mushrooms are delicious and so cheesy. We had their Chicken, Bacon and Pineapple Salad. It sounds odd, but the dressing is seasoned perfectly and with the cashews for texture it was really yummy. The staff were so friendly and attentive, a real surprise for a pizza joint, but like I said they're so much more. We sat in a large comfy booth in the bar. One piece of advice though...skip the espresso martini.

Order dinner from here today, and when I got there it took about 20 mins just to be asked who I was picking up for, plus by the time my food came out and I got home everything was cold and not as good as I thought it’d be, I’m disappointed because I paid $95 just to have cold food that wasn’t up to my expectations.

Disappointed with calzone tonight, was just different from other times that I've had it. Wasn't very much cheese and it had some kinda green sauce over the top that made it soggy. Don't get me wrong it tasted fine but needed more cheese and no green sauce. Everything else was fine.

I found love in Ferrelli's Garlic Herb Chicken Wings! The herb blend is perfect and they are quite garlicky! Delicious! Dip them in blue cheese or ranch dressing and yummy! Also, the service is exceptional! Thank you Brandyn!

Ordered this cheese pizza to go along with a salad. Salad was great. This pizza was $29.99! Very disappointed. Got home & opened the lid to this. Barely any cheese, looks like it was made by a toddler. Looks awful, was awful, sloppy mess. I've ordered here for years, pizzas have been disappointing lately.
